Bend the box both ways at all of the indention lines before beginning to fold.  This will make it much easier to work with.  The top section will fold just like a regular box and then the bottom section will drop in to add the extra protection.

Start with white side down and brown side facing you.  Fold flaps A and C inward and then upward with Panels A and C to form the framework of the box.

Flap B folds over A and C and tucks into the slots in bottom Panel B to form the old style box you are used to seeing.

The lower panels are lifted up and over and lay inside the box with their white sides now showing instead of the brown.  Panel 1 folds immediately in and is up against the closest original side (Panel C) with both of their brown sides now touching.  Panel 2 (with slots) is on the bottom (on top of Panel B) with its white side now showing.  Panel 3 is on the far side and panel 4 rests above and will become the lid.

Flap D finally folds down and tucks into the slots on the bottom of the box in Panel 2.  This will allow Panel 4 to rest on Flap D when the lid is closed.
